There is even quicker way to convert multiple CMYK colors to Pantone equivalent spot color.

Select everything in the logo.

Go back to Edit / Edit Colors / Recolor with Preset / 2 color job...

As before, choose library you want to use, I’m using Pantone solid coated, click OK and you get this dialog box again.

Click OK.

And now you see that the orange and black colors are converted to Pantone colors.

So there you go, a 2 color printing job with just a few clicks.
